Difference In Wacom Bamboo Capture And Wacom Bamboo Create?

I ordered the Wacom Bamboo Create recently. I still haven’t gotten it yet. But for whatever reason, when I was researching the tablets and the Wacom Bamboo Capture was for editing pictures, I thought that was all you could do. Now, going back and doing more looking, it’s basically the same thing as the Wacom Bamboo Create, only smaller! And it doesn’t include Corel. I have a 90 day return policy, so there’s no worries there. As far as the tablets go, are they basically the same thing, only one’s bigger? Like function, feel, and uses? I don’t necessarily think that I need a much bigger tablet, it would be nice but I could send it back and save a $100. If it’s a lot better than the Capture, I don’t mind keeping it. In your opinion, is the Capture or Create better? Or are they the same, only different sizes? If the feel of the pen, buttons, pressure, and all that stuff is different, let me know! Thanks guys!

Question About Aelius Sejanus?

Hiya,
I am wondering if anyone knows the actual reason for Sejanus’ condemnation and execution?
I know the “official” reason given by Tiberius was apparently that Sejanus had attacked the children and wife of Germanicus, but Tiberius didn’t restore their positions – at least, those of Nero, Drusus and Agrippina, who were the people in question – after Sejanus’ fall, so this doesn’t seem sensible.
And the whole thing with the death/murder of Tiberius’ son Drusus doesn’t work either, because Tiberius only found out about that AFTER Sejanus’ death, and then he was told by Sejanus’ ex-wife Apicata, who a) probably wouldn’t even have known if her husband had been poisoning the Emperor’s son, cos Sejanus had already left her by then, and b) had motive enough for fabricating the story, because it implicated Livilla, Sejanus’ mistress and the dead Drusus’ widow.
So, I mean, what did Sejanus actually do to bring about his downfall? It doesn’t make sense that it was just because he had gotten too powerful, because all the power he had had been given to him – or at least, he had been allowed to gain – by Tiberius, so why would Tiberius then execute him for that?
Do we actually know what brought about Sejanus’ downfall?

My Laptop Works Fine In Safe Mode But Unresponsive After A Few Minutes When Started Normally – Any Ideas?

Hi,
Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
Unresponsive laptop with no error messages
I’ve been having issues with my laptop becoming unresponsive after a few minutes of use. By unresponsive I mean I can click in between tabs on whatever web browser I’m using and move the cursor around but whatever processes I’m running like loading a webpage or running a virus scan stop and I can’t open anything from the start menu or task bar. I can click on them but nothing happens – the cursor keeps its loading circle and eventually I give up after 20 minutes or so and restart (alt+cntrl+delete to bring up task manager doesn’t work along with any other key commands).
The laptop is an XPS 17 bought from Dell last September and has only recently become unresponsive. I can’t think of a specific incident that caused it and I haven’t received an error messages or a Blue screen of death etc. The only thing that seems different to previous is that loading from the password screen seems slower than before (booting seems the same however).
Works in safe mode fine however
If I boot the latop in safe mode or safe mode with networking it works fine. I can use it for as long as I want without any problems.
Remedies I have tried
Uninstalling all anti-virus software (as a Dell it came with McAfee which I discontinued and installed AVG).
Reinstalling a single anti-virus and running a full scan in safe mode (tried both AVG and Avast separately, no viruses found).
Checking all hardware drivers were up to date (none needed updating).
Using Malwarebytes Anti-malware to scan in safemode (no malware found).
Using CCleaner to clean registry for errors (registry cleaned).
Using Kapersky’s TDSSKiller to search for malware (none found).
Uninstalling all non essential programmes and removing all non-essential files (ie itunes, Lightroom, deleting all movies and music etc).
I am considering reinstalling windows
However, I can’t find my disks (not sure if Dell gave them to me?) and I’m keen to know if this is necessary at this stage ie has anyone got any thoughts on what else I could try/what my options are?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years, and live with his mom. Yeah yeah. Anyways, his brother is about to graduate from high school, just got his license, and I’m clueless as to what to get him. We’re not really close, so nothing too personal.
