   Norton is just commercial crapware,
   get rid of it, because it is obviously quite useless.

   well 1st try superantispyware run a full scan it should find the vuris and removeit
   once u restart ur pc becuse the scan reqwiers it run a qwick scan with it and nortan now if the find the same vuris like before then download zone alram exstream security its the best and it blows norton out of the water

   Hi……….first uyou understand one thing if your antivirus is most powerful , this virus cant attack ur pc………
   Norton is very low performer……………in my experience……..
   Now ur pc is attacked…………so do one thing frmat c drive and reinstall os……….afterthat download eset antivirus……..from http://www.eset.com
   install and update antivirus……………it will remove all fvirus from your pc………..
