Game Exchange. If there’s no store near you, you could try pawn shops. eBay. Craigslist.
There is a site: http://www.jjgames.com that has all the games you want but don’t specify whether box and manuals are included. The best place for you would probably be on eBay. There you can see pictures and get a good description of everything you are getting. Be aware though, those old games with the box and manual attached and in good condition can cost you a bit as opposed to just finding the cart itself.

Ebay would be a good place to try. If that doesnt work go to GameStop that’s where i buy all of my used games. Also they have alot of great sales there at times, like buy 2 get 1 free on games!
