Team 1:
-Sentinel Prime (Transformers #3)
-Magneto (X-Men #1 & #3)
-Nero the Romulan (recent Star Trek movie)
-Captain Hector Barbossa (Pirates of the Caribbean #1)
-The Dragon Emperor (The Mummy #3)
Team 2:
-Loki (Thor, The Avengers)
-Sauron (Lord of the Rings movie trilogy)
-Emperor Palpatine (Star Wars #2-#6)
-Voldemort (Harry Potter movie series)
-White Witch of Narnia (Chronicles of Narnia #1)
Both teams can use all their armies, helpers, superpowers, and weapons in this fight.

Team 2 has 2 gods, a giant clone army, an army of giants, and wizards.
Team 1 has a mech, a mutant, a handful of Romulans in a ship, a pirate on a boat, and an undead army.
Gods and wizards of Team 2 can easily take out almost everything by themselves, throw in their army of giants and clones, and Team 2 wins….always
Magneto, Barbossa, The Dragon Emperor, Sauron, Voldemort, and the White Witch would have no impact on the outcome. All that would really matter is which planet destroyer fires first – the Death Star, or the Romulan ship. The Romulan ship just requires one suicide pilot. The Death Star requires either a very small ship to fly down a long canyon, or a support team to disable the force field, giving Palpatine all the time he needs to destroy the opposing force, if he’d stop cackling long enough.
Team 2 wins this fight, easily. Team 1 has Magneto which is a plus but nobody could defeat Loki, Voldemort AND the White Witch. Those three are powerful enough, plus they have Palpatine and Sauron for backup. Team 2 consists of superpowered badasses who are also batshit insane. Yeah, team 1 is going down.
You keep putting deities on one team and mortals on the other. The deities win, every single time. without competition, even.
Obviously team 2. Palpatine would infiltrate team 1 and gain their trust, then strike. He also has the Clone Army at his disposal, so yeah…
Team 2 probably.
Team 2> LORD VOLDEMORT FOR SURE.
Team 2, because of Loki….he’s a god.
